Justice

To aid in the establishment of the rule of law within each country, CJPS is seeking attorneys, judges, magistrates, court administrators and other judicial professionals who are able to assist and instruct host country judicial professionals in their respective roles. Justice professionals may provide instructions, advice and assistance over a broad range of criminal and civil law, international law, trial procedures, prosecution, defense, technical assistance and judicial structure. Assignments may include training and mentoring host country judicial personnel as well as senior officials. These opportunities afford selected professionals with the opportunity to work in unique, diverse and dynamic international environments as part of a United States or multi-lateral mission. Justice professionals wishing to support these efforts must meet the minimum requirements in addition to advanced or specialized requirements for each position.
