The language services division of FedSys, Inc has been established and designed specifically to identify, recruit, vet, train, deploy and manage resources in support of US CONUS/OCONUS missions/programs. FedSys has the capability and existing infrastructure to support essentially any organization’s language needs from providing one or two qualified linguists to managing entire language programs.
Depending on the statement of work FedSys has the resources to provide interpreters, linguist and
translators, of all skill sets and languages for either CONUS or OCONUS assignments. FedSys’s management
team has extensive experience with the recruitment, deployment, retention, management (pre and post
deployment) and timely delivery of personnel within peacetime and hostile areas of operations. FedSys
employs native speakers with the required dialects to assist in the recruitment and quality control of
linguist candidates.
FedSys’s existing infrastructure enables it to offer customers program management support to their
desired level. Support available to customers encompasses regional program support, area of operation
support and operational support.

FedSys’s global recruiting infrastructure has been established specifically for the recruitment of highly specialized language personnel with refined and unique skill sets. Depending on the nature of the program, FedSys has the ability to manage resources locally or provide resources to customers for OCONUS deployments. FedSys personnel have hands-on experience building local national programs in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and have the ability to customize programs for specific needs or training.

A thorough understanding of the mission objectives, working environment and deliverables are the
cornerstones to all language assignments. FedSys takes great pride in the processes it has established
as its recruiting is methodical and deliberate.
The process is customized for each individual engagement to ensure the deliverable(s) meet/exceed
customer requirements. FedSys is one of the few contractors with the capability and experience to support
large-scale programs in addition to smaller more specialized programs in highly classified environments.
FedSys has considerable experience with large program recruiting, testing, screening (medical, dental),
security processing, environmental training and deployment processes. FedSys has established systems in
place to meet the volume demands of its customers to ensure fill rates are maintained and attrition vacancies
are filled immediately.

Wherever the end destination of the language resource might be, FedSys has the ability to assist clients with all preparation, training and logistics necessary to make each program a success. FedSys has considerable experience with travel logistics, movement of personnel by personal security detail, testing, training, and schooling. Preparation and mission readiness are and will always be FedSys’s primary ongoing focus to its customers.
